PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION POLICY OF ORIZONT TEAM CONSULTING SRL (“POLICY”)

INTRODUCTION

This Policy has the purpose of demonstrating the commitment of Orizont Team Consulting SRL (hereinafter referred to as “OTC”) with privacy and Personal User Information protection, in addition to setting forth the rules on the Treatment of your Personal Information, within the scope of services and functionalities of OTC, including your website www.orizonteamconsulting.com, according to the laws in effect.

As a condition for access and use of the exclusive functionalities of the website of OTC, we recommend the complete and careful reading of this Policy, so the User is completely aware of its terms, thus, declaring, their free and express agreement to its content, including the collection of said Personal Information, as well as its use for the purposes specified below.

Should outsourced companies perform Data Treatment on behalf of OTC, they shall respect the conditions stipulated herein and the information security standards, as a rule.

OTC follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The Personal Information collected and activity records are stored at a secure and controlled environment, and may be in our servers located in Romania, as well as in an environment of use of resources or servers in the cloud (cloud computing), which may demand transfer and/or processing of your Personal Information. Such transfers involve only companies which demonstrate to be in compliance with the applicable laws.

Storage term

We store Personal Information only for the term necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected or for the fulfillment of any legal, regulatory obligations or for preservation of rights. For that, we count on a Secure Information Retention and Disposal Policy.

Personal Information Disposal

After the end of the term of maintenance and legal need, the Personal Information shall be excluded with the use of safe disposal methods.

 Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

OTC does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Should there be updates to this document, demanding a new collection of a consent, the Users shall be duly notified.

Should any point of this Policy be deemed inapplicable by a competent authority, including judicial, the other conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

This Policy shall be interpreted according to the Romanian laws, and the court of domicile of the User to settle any controversy involving this document, unless there is a specific exception of personal, territorial or functional competence by the applicable laws.
